Cricket guacamole


Guacamole! With protein! This is the simplest guacamole recipe with added cricket flour to boost it. Avocado contains good fats and more potassium than a banana, and the cricket flour adds some iron. Therefore, this recipe contains everything you need.

You absolutely have to try this recipe!

  • 1 tablespoon qvicket cricket flour
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 gr oats Fraiche
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Serve with tacos or your favourite nachos!
