This is a really tasty smoothie with protein, iron, vitamin B, the list goes on. The combination of banana, currants and cricket flour makes it perfectly sweet/sourish. Perfect as a pick me up when you need all nutrients.

ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 3 dl oat milk-Oatly or other brand
  • 100 g frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 70 g frozen or fresh red currants
  • 15 gr Green Choice peanut butter, or other brand
  • 2 tablespoons Qvicket

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!

It contains a total of 394 kcal of which:

23 g, protein

16 g, fat

58 grams carbohydrates

10 grams are fiber

You get in you also:

Calcium, Iron, Zinc, C, D, E, B vitamins, etc. If you remove Qvicket from this smoothie recipe, you also remove 62% of your protein content, as well as calcium, iron and vitamin B.
