This is a really tasty smoothie with protein, iron, vitamin B, the list goes on. The combination of banana, currants and cricket flour makes it perfectly sweet/sourish. Perfect as a pick me up when you need all nutrients.
- 1 banana
- 3 dl oat milk-Oatly or other brand
- 100 g frozen or fresh blueberries
- 70 g frozen or fresh red currants
- 15 gr Green Choice peanut butter, or other brand
- 2 tablespoons Qvicket
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
